Who is find yourself happy aimed at?
Find yourself happy is aimed at people who are experiencing stress or feeling lost in themselves this may be due to a change in circumstances, a lack of confidence or a schedule that does not bring you joy or align with who you are.
What is occupational therapy?
Occupational therapist work with people to promote good health and wellbeing by supporting them to identify and create a schedule that supports meaningful activity, reduces stress and increases confidence.
What does a sessions involve?
I will support you with evidence based interventions proven to reduce stress through the use of coping strategies. Together we will identify elements of your life that are not serving you and hindering you from being able to do what you want to do. I can support you on your journey of self-discovery, introducing activities into your routine that provides opportunity for growth, reflection, and positive sense of self. We will identify goals that you will then put into action, how much support you receive from me in putting these steps into action will be determined by you where possible.
How much does it cost?
- Initial assessments last 1.5 hours and cost £70
- Subsequent hourly sessions cost £50
